I ordered the Retreat linen pants and shirt in black and olive. However, I only received the black pants. Furthermore, your email stating that my package had been delivered indicated that all four items had been delivered when clearly the package was too small for four items. When I called to inquire, thinking maybe the order was coming in two shipments, I was told there was only one shipment and that I would have to go online and complete a separate form to start an investigation regarding the missing items. Wait, I have to complete a separate form?? I was on the phone with you, why couldn't you do it?? Investigation?? You knew there was only one item in the package when you shipped it! But you can't issue a refund until I complete a form for you to investigate? When you realized you didn't have all the items, you should have contacted me to let me know AND automatically issued a refund for the unavailable items. I expect far better service from Athleta. Needless to say, my first online experience with Athleta was not a pleasant one.

The Retreat Linen Tops are my absolute favorite linen shirt and wear them all summer long. I have them in most of the colors and even have two of the same so there is always one in the closet. The quality and weight of the linen makes is not need ironing at all (although I do), and does pretty well being packed too. Washes great. It is casual, but can be dressed up. Love it!
